RETURN POLICY

  • Due to the handmade and exclusive nature of our jewelry, we offer exchanges only - no refunds under any circumstances. 
  • Exchanges or store credit will be honored within 2 weeks from the date of purchase (or time stamp of delivery for shipped orders) and items must be in their original condition. 
  • You may select store credit in lieu of an immediate exchange, but please note that store credits expire after one year from the date issued. 
  • Any items sold from our sale section are final - no exchanges or store credit. 
  • International orders must be returned within 30 days from the time stamp of delivery.  Shipping costs will not be credited for returned items.

 
GIFT CERTIFICATES & STORE CREDITS:

Gift certificates & Store Credits are valid for one year from the date of issuance, and may be redeemed online or in-store. Gift certificates & store credits are emailed in the form of a QR Code
